REFUND POLICY

Premade inventory:

You can cancel your order only before a tracking number is issued. Once your tracking number is given to you, you can no longer cancel. Due to the handmade and one-of-one nature of our reworked garments, all sales are final. We do no accept returns, refunds, or exchanges one an order has been shipped 

Each piece is individually treated, dispersed, washed, and finished by hand, meaning slight variations and imperfections are part of the design and makes every garment unique. Please review sizing, measurements and product details carefully before purchasing. Thank you!

Customs & “Made by Order” inventory:

Due to the personalized nature of our custom, made-to-order, and one-of-one products tailored to your person, all sales are final once an order has been placed. Production begins shortly after purchase, and these items are created specifically for each customer. Therefore, we do not accept cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds on custom or made-to-order products unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part.

By placing an order for a custom or made-to-order item (which is shown in the product description), you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Damages and issues

If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, Contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

CHARGEBACKS/DISPUTES:

If you place an order, and then dispute the purchase, we will file an investigation with your bank. We are responsible for lost funds due to the bank siding with us.

CHECK WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:

we are not responsible for neglected materials. we provide instructions for you (The customer) to properly wash your garments to maintain its quality upon arrival. Failure to do so will not result in a refund.
